For Safety and care of equipment: All About Fun Staff reserves the right at our discretion to refuse rental if we deem the area to be unsafe or likely to damage or soil our equipment. This includes access to the set-up site. To avoid a cancellation, if you are concerned there may be a problem for any reason, please discuss with us prior to the play date. It is our desire that you and your children have an enjoyable and safe good time.
Presence at delivery: It is important that the responsible person be present and accessible at time of delivery of the rental unit. Your minimal assistance may be needed for set-up. Rules and responsibilities, contractual agreement and other documents need to be signed and completion of payment is required at this time. Please do not delay staff and have them wait for services to end, etc. as this will put them behind schedule to get to other events. Your attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.
Rental Agreement: On the day of your event, you will receive a "Rental Agreement & General Release" contract, as well as an "Instruction" form. Please read over these documents and contact us with any questions. If you would like a copy prior to the play date, we can send it by US mail for your review, feel free to ask for one. All contracts must be signed before any rentals can be used.
Payment: Due at time of delivery. We ask that residential customers pay in cash, a company check is acceptable for businesses, religious organizations and schools. We are sorry but we do not take credit or debit cards at this time.
Cleanliness of Inflatables: Our units are "spring cleaned" annually, deep cleaned when needed, and spot cleaned frequently. We disinfect with clorox and simple green to provide as germ-free an environment as possible for your kids to play. We can't promise that our units are spotless, but we clean on a regular basis.
Inflatable Capacity: Our Combo Bouncers will accommodate 8-10, depending on the size of the children and type of bouncer. No one over the age of 15 is allowed on inflatables other than those specified for adults. Weight limits and unit capacity for all inflatables must be followed.
Prep needed before All About Fun arrives:
Dogs/cats (animals) must be contained before and during all events. Sharp claws can puncture or damage the inflatable and the customer will be held liable for all damage. Please have respect for our units and help us keep them in good condition.
Make sure you have at least 5 feet width of clearance leading up to the set-up site.
Turn off automatic sprinklers and don't water the night before.
Pick up all animal feces. Check area for rocks, sticks etc.
Remove center posts from double doors for indoor events.
If setting up on concrete or asphalt, PLEASE SWEEP the area. We will set up tarps, but the tarps and inflatables are very expensive and gravel will wear through them.
Please do not mow the grass within 3 days of the event.
Please help us keep our equipment clean: Absolutely no food, drink, gum, candy, silly string, hair paint or other products permitted on or near the inflatable. Silly string will cause major damage to the unit and the customer is responsible for repairs or replacement. It contains a chemical that will eat a hole through the vinyl. Silly String is NOT PERMITTED within 10 feet of the inflatable. An attendant must monitor for both safety and potential spills at all times. Please clean up any spills immediately with water and mild soap. If spills occur, the customer may be charged a $50 cleaning fee, this also includes urine and vomit.
Clothing: We recommend clothing that will cover the skin (long sleeves, pants, etc) for more effective sliding and prevention of rug burns. Nylon type pants make the kids go extra fast down the slides. Any clothing that runs the risk of scratching/puncturing the inflatables can not be worn (zippers on pockets, snaps or buttons on pockets, hoops, belts, etc). No jewelry, eyeglasses or shoes are permitted as well. Please ask guests to wear appropriate "sliding clothes". Signs: No signs or tape of any kind are allowed to be attached to the inflatable unit. The customer will be charged $50 per inflatable if anything has been attached to the inflatables.
Surface or yard requirements: The surface on which we set up the inflatable must be flat (no more than 8 inches of slope), and be 5 feet greater than the width and length of the rental unit. The surface must be clear of any sharp objects such as sticks and rocks, as well as pet droppings. Concrete and asphalt must be free of gravel, glass and other debris. Please sweep the concrete and asphalt. There should be no low hanging tree branches or power lines overhead. Flat driveways (or streets for block parties) are fine. We do prefer to set up on a grassy area whenever possible for safety reasons. We do not set up on dirt, rock, sand or gravel. Electrical Requirements: We require a grounded outlet on a dedicated 20-amp circuit to run the blower that keeps the inflatable inflated. This is per single inflatable unit. Our large Water Slide, 2 piece Turbo Rush, and Joust require 2 separate outlets as described. Nothing else can be plugged into the same circuit, or the circuit will blow and you will lose power.
Water Slides: There must be a continuous flow of water via a water hose for each water slide, 50-100' of water hose is typically used. Appropriate attire must be worn by all riders. Swim suit or work out clothes are fine. Absolutely no zippers or objects that may puncture the slide. Swim suits provide the fastest sliding. We will set the water slide up on a tarp to cut down on the mud and possible damage to your grass.
Park Events: Not a problem, inflatables go over well at our local parks. We have set up at the Valley Park in Hurricane, Hurricane City Park, and Shawnee Park thus far. Both dry units and water slides are not a problem. An electrical supply is required, but not all shelters have outlets so please check that out. If you rent a water slide, remember a constant water supply via a water hose is required. Most parks do have a water source. You will need to let the Park know you will be setting up a water slide. Also, if you rent a cotton candy or sno cone machine, make sure the shelters electrical system can handle it. You cannot set up an inflatable and a machine on the same 20 amp circuit, it will blow. They need to be on separate circuits.
Indoor Set-up: AAF can set up indoors as long as the room is large (especially tall) enough to accommodate the inflatable. Please make sure the inflatable you rent will fit the area. We cannot go up or down stairs and we must be able to use our dolly to move the inflatable to its destination. A double door is required for indoor set up. Please make sure all posts are removed from double doors prior to our arrival.
Delivery vs Customer Pick-up: We do not offer customer pick-up of inflatables. Our units are large and very heavy, it is worth the price just have us do the work!
Rain/Weather Policy: There is no penalty for a rental that is canceled due to rain or high winds as long as the cancellation takes place before our driver leaves our storage location. We cannot set up an inflatable in rain or winds of 15mph or greater. We will contact you prior to your event in cases of bad weather and together we will make a decision regarding cancellation. Our indoor facility at times is available as a back-up if you desire.
