How to schedule an ALL ABOUT FUN party at our indoor facility: It's easy! Just give us a call and we'd be happy to reserve your special day and time! If we are partying, just leave a message and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.
We have 2 private party rooms, one larger than the other. The large party room will be used for scheduled Classic Parties on a first scheduled basis. If you prefer the larger room, we recommend you schedule at least a Classic Party Plan, and make sure you ask for room availability when scheduling.
The larger party room is red and blue, bold colors. The other room, which is still large, is a Terra Cotta color which fits any party theme (beautiful for Princess Parties).
Length of AAF parties: Every party is 2 hours in total, with access to the Play Zone and party room. You can arrive 15 minutes prior to your party for room set up and are allotted 15 minutes after your party for clean-up. Please do not run over your allotted time as we have other parties waiting. Play time for the kids is only during the 2 hour party time.
Deposit: A 50% deposit plus tax is required for your party at our facility within 1 week of scheduling to hold your time slot. It is refundable with 3 week notice prior to your event. Your deposit goes towards the cost of your event. At this time we except cash and checks only.
Number of parties ran at the same time: We run 2 parties at a time, and have private party rooms for each party. The inflatable arena will be shared. You can reserve the entire facility, in which your party will be totally private.
Drop-in play during parties: If you schedule a private party, drop-in play will not be permitted. Otherwise, Drop-In Play will be allowed based on the number of kids in the facility.
Invited guests: Your party plan allows a specific number of kids, which includes the Birthday Child. If you go over the allotted number, there will be an additional charge, please refer to our party plans. Children "playing" on the inflatables will receive an armband, ages 1-18, and be counted in your party plan. Manufacturers guidelines for age and weight, appropriate for each inflatable will be followed for safety. Toddlers will only be allowed on designated inflatables.
Our party rooms has 4 picnic tables to accommodate 32 small kids. Some parents will stay and some will not, so if you plan on having a large number of adults, you may want to consider reserving the entire facility.
Charge for siblings, parents, and/or caregivers: There is no additional charge for parents or caregivers, siblings are included as part of the guest count.
Arrival time: The host of the party can arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled party time to prepare your room. Please do not arrive earlier than 15 minutes, as preparation for your party is underway. We ask that guests arrive at the start of the party.
Waiver: For insurance reasons, all guests playing on the inflatables must have a waiver completed and signed by a parent/guardian, there are no exceptions.
Clothing: Socks are required for every person who plays on the inflatables. If someone forgets their socks, we have them available for purchase. We recommend clothing that will cover the skin (long sleeves, pants, etc) for more effective sliding and prevention of rug burns. Nylon type pants make the kids go extra fast down the slides. Any clothing that runs the risk of scratching/puncturing the inflatables can not be worn (zippers on pockets, snaps or buttons on pockets, hoops, belts, etc). No jewelry or eyeglasses are permitted as well.
Safety: To help prevent injuries, each guest is given instruction prior to entering the inflatables arena. We will also have safety signs posted and adult supervision. Children will be instructed to follow the rules while in our facility. We do use whistles at times, this is the best way to get the riders attention. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have. Manufacturers guidelines for age and weight, appropriate for each inflatable will be followed.
Safety rules:
No shoes, socks required.
No flipping.
One at a time down slides (parents cannot go down with child on lap).
Feet first only down slides.
No bouncing at top of slides (just sit down and slide please).
No bouncing off side walls of inflatables.
Stay on the designated course of all inflatables.
Little people and big people should not bounce at the same time (adults can sit in a bounce house to be near their children, but should not bounce at the same time children are bouncing).
When sliding don't drag your arms and elbows on the vinyl. Hold them up to avoid "rug burn".
No fighting or wrestling.
No gum.

No jewerly or sharp objects of any kind, you will be asked to remove upon entering the facility.
Cast, splint, etc: In the interest of safety, any guest wearing a cast or other motion limiting medical device (splint, sling, or brace) will not be permitted to participate on the inflatables. We welcome them to attend the party, and will not charge for their attendance.
Extra time in the inflatable arena after scheduled party time: Once your 2 hour party session is complete, your party is required to exit the facility. Please remember we need to clean and prepare for the parties following yours.
Decorations in the party room: Please feel free to decorate for your party! Please keep wall decorations to a minimum and be careful when removing tape not to damage the walls. We do not permit silly string, confetti, face or hair paint. We highly recommend pinatas in which you pull strings instead of hitting with the stick. Goodie bags and balloons are a big hit! If you want to bring table cloths, there are 4 picnic tables and three 6' serving tables in each party room. Please remember you only have 15 minutes to remove your decorations, gifts, food, etc., and to exit the facility at the end of your party. The room then has to be prepared for the next party.
Party room set up and clean up: We will help set up the party room if desired when staffing allows and clean up afterwards.
Party add-on's: Invite Cinderella to your princess party, your little girl will remember this forever! More to come in the future...
Food and drinks: Bringing in food for your party is not a problem! Each party room has serving tables and an outlet in case you need to keep something warm. Please don't forget a cooler for your ice.
* Food and/or beverages are not permitted in the play area. Entertainment: You are welcome to bring extra entertainment for your child's big day. DJ's, Clowns, Magicians etc. will just add to your event. Please notify us in advance, and also remember that face painting and hair paint is not permitted. Don't forget: If you are bringing a cake, please bring a serving knife, candles, and a lighter. Cancellations: Any cancellation requires 3 weeks notice. If within 3 weeks of the party, the deposit is non refundable. You may reschedule your event as long as it is within 3 months of the original party date and your deposit will apply.
